Breakfast

So breakfast, they say it's the most important meal of the day-and that it is. I truly believe that it is because it starts your day off right. You've probably seen those commercials for NutriGrain Bars-and the person chooses smarter choices----saying one good decision leads to another-that's how breakfast works!
It might be difficult thinking of GF foods when most of the cereals contain wheat and so do breakfast bars, but I'm here to tell you that you can skip all the processed food and head straight to a healthy, delicious, GF breakfast.
Here's what my breakfast consisted of today. A delicious orange, corn tortilla with peanut butter. Not only was this breakfast easy, affordable and delicious, it also had healthy products involved. Corn tortillas are very inexpensive and last quite a while. I find that Wal-Mart has the best value for those and then Organic Peanut Butter is what added to the already yummy tortilla.
You end up feeling healthy, full and ready to go. I am a firm believer that making breakfast a priority really is a great choice and leads to not only healthy daily choices, but it gives you the energy for your brain function. Even those trying to cut calories, use alternatives, try mixing it up-but don't skimp on breakfast---it'll only make you hungrier throughout the day and making poor choices.
