Jambalaya Gluten Free Goodness

So tonight my lovely roommate surprised me by making amazingly wonderful Jambalaya for dinner. While making this amazing dish we needed to add something extra and found the perfect addition to the meal------ Gluten Free Amylu Chicken Andouille Sausage. This creation was the perfect example of how you can make a low calorie, inexpensive, Gluten-Free and delicious meal. This simple recipe included Zantaran's Jambalaya mix, sautéed chicken breasts, chicken sausage. We simply simmered the chicken and sausage in the mix with some water to blend all flavors together and added some broccoli for our side vegetable.
